  • How do I book?
    Click Here then Select your field, confirm the number of dogs, choose a time and date, fill out your details, and pay online using a card. Get in touch if you cannot use the booking system or want to book via the phone.
  • Where is Ryecroft Meadow and where do I park?
    Site access is by appointment only. We are located in Gresford, Wrexham, North Wales. You can view our directions by clicking the text below. VIEW LOCATION & DIRECTIONS Here we have added a google maps view and a directions PDF document to give you all the directions you will need to find us, it also explains where to park your vehicle. If you have any problems finding us please don't hesitate to give us a ring on 07590928894!
  • Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
    Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your booking starts. If you want to cancel but it's too late we strongly recommend you post your appointment on our Facebook Group Here, as someone else may buy it from you! ​ All cancellations requiring a refund have a 50p admin charge; for transparency, we do not receive the entire booking payment fees back, and it would cost us money to refund you. You can opt for a gift voucher for the full amount instead. Packages cannot be refunded but do not have an expiry date! Per our terms and conditions, the 24-hour rule does not apply if a weather warning is in place and it is unsafe to come.
  • Can I bring more than one dog?
    Of course you can bring multiple dogs! Make sure you add them on when booking. All base bookings cover 3 dogs, then there is an extra fee per extra dog. Please ensure they are all under control and accounted for during your visit. Want to bring more than originally booked? No worries, just send us over a text or email and let us know how many extra dogs came along and we can sort payment. If you want to hire for large groups, you must contact us.
  • Can I bring children and guests?
    Yes, but children must be supervised at all times. It is your responsibility to inform guests on which field is booked and our rules. We recommend forwarding your confirmation email to them! Please be sensible with the number of people and cars you bring.
  • Can professionals use the fields?
    Yes, professionals such as dog walkers, trainers, behaviourists and dog photographers are welcome to book the fields. All we ask if that you send us proof of your public liability insurance prior to your first visit.
  • How do I reschedule or cancel?
    It is super easy! Locate your confirmation email and select reschedule or cancel. To qualify for a refund or to reschedule, amendments must be made 24 hours before your booking starts. Any issues, just get in touch!
