Capturing Unforgettable Moments with Your Dog

At Ryecroft Meadow, we’re proud to offer professional outdoor photo sessions that are relaxed, enjoyable, and perfectly suited to your dog’s unique personality. Our photographer works in our enclosed, private fields, allowing your dog to explore freely without too many distractions from other dogs.

 

Our goal is simple: to ensure your dog has an amazing time while we capture stunning, natural moments that you can treasure for a lifetime.

HOW IT WORKS:

Step 1: Book Your Session

Easily book your preferred time slot through our online booking link, or contact us via email. Part payment is required at the time of booking, via credit or debit card.

Step 2: The Shoot

Once your session begins, it’s time for the fun to start! You and your dog can enjoy the relaxed, enclosed field environment. We’ll capture the specific shots you’ve requested or spontaneous moments as your dog explores and plays.

Step 3: Your Photographs 

After the session, Sean will carefully edit your images. Within two weeks, you’ll receive a link to an online gallery where you can select your favourite three images, there’s no pressure to purchase more. You can also print your photos through your preferred provider or our professional photo printing labs. Share them on social media or create a beautiful keepsake album!​

Pricing

Session: £50 weekday / £60 weekend for a 50-minute shoot, including 3 digital images

Extra Digital Images (where available):

 

  • One image: £15

  • Bronze Package (3 images): £40

  • Silver Package (6 images): £75

  • Gold Package (10 images): £100

Our Photographer Sean - S92 Media

Our dog photographer, Sean, is from Angelsey, a stunning part of Wales and a big factor in why he got into photography. Alongside Dog photography, Sean runs a product photography company, S92 Media. He loves taking images of animals and has spent many years capturing stunning images of different dogs in different settings. TERMS:

By booking a photoshoot, you agree to all of Ryecroft Meadow’s terms and conditions, which can be found here.

  • Arrival: Please arrive promptly to your session, as arriving late will reduce your allocated time due to back-to-back bookings throughout the day.

  • Number of Dogs: Maximum 3 dogs are allowed per session, and no dogs should be left in the car.

  • What is included: Your booking includes three high-resolution digital images, delivered within 14 days of the shoot. Additional images can be purchased, with prices displayed in your online gallery or shown above.

  • Refunds: No refunds are available, but you can reschedule your session if done 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email or contact us. 

  • Image Usage: Ryecroft Meadow and the photographer reserve the right to use any images from your session for marketing purposes (e.g., on social media, websites, print, or stalls). This excludes images featuring people unless prior written consent is obtained.

  • Images Taken: There is no guaranteed number of images taken or published; we focus on providing quality and variety over quantity.

  • Weather Policy: If weather conditions are unsuitable, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

  • Data Protection: Your data will be securely stored by Ryecroft Meadow, and relevant information will be shared with the photographer for your session.
